Valentin Rauh

Chief Scientist

Valentin Rauh is currently the Chief Scientist in Food Sciences at Arla Foods and serves as an affiliated associate professor at Aarhus University. Their academic journey began with a Diplom Ingenieur in Lebensmitteltechnologie from Technische Universität München, followed by PhD studies at both Aarhus University and the University of Copenhagen. With a robust career trajectory, Valentin held the role of Senior Research Scientist at Arla Foods from 2019 to 2024 and previously worked as a Research Scientist at Arla Foods amba from 2014 to 2019.
