André Henrique

André Henrique is a seasoned procurement executive with extensive experience in the Latin American market, currently serving as the Regional Head of Procurement for ARLANXEO since April 2021. In this role, André oversees procurement operations across the LATAM region, focusing on strategic development, supplier negotiations, compliance, and process optimization. Prior to this, André held roles including LATAM Direct Procurement Manager at ARLANXEO, Procurement Category Manager at UnitedHealth Group, and various procurement management positions at SICPA, Andrade Gutierrez S.A., Raízen, and Shell Brasil Ltda. André possesses an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
