Marie-José Stremme has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Marie-José is currently working as the Head of HR Germany at ARLANXEO, a position they have held since January 2024. In their role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of HR in Germany.
Before joining ARLANXEO, Marie-José worked as the Global Mobility Manager at ARLANXEO starting from May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing global mobility policies and services for international employees. Marie-José worked closely with HR teams, the business, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of global mobility strategies. Marie-José was also involved in various business and HR projects.
Prior to their time at ARLANXEO, Marie-José served as the Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HRBP Finance at DocMorris from October 2017 to April 2020.
Earlier in their career, Marie-José held various roles at Boxx global expat solutions from 2006 to 2016. Marie-José served as the Director of Operations and Senior Global Mobility Professional. Marie-José was responsible for overall operational management, HR advisory, and global mobility management. Marie-José also worked on global projects related to benefits, mobility consulting, and policy development.
Before joining Boxx global expat solutions, Marie-José worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant in the International Assignment Solutions department from September 2003 to June 2006. In this role, they provided international assignment services to organizations deploying staff globally.
Marie-José started their career with internships at Belastingdienst from 1999 to 2003.
Throughout their career, Marie-José has gained extensive experience in HR, global mobility management, strategic consulting, and senior stakeholder management. Marie-José has a proven track record of successfully executing HR strategies and driving organizational success.
Marie-José Stremme obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Fiscal Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2003. Marie-José then went on to complete their Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation at Tilburg University from 2003 to 2007.
