Wilfried Braubach

Wilfried Braubach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the rubber and elastomers industry, currently serving as Manager of Special Projects at Arlanxeo USA LLC since September 2023. With a career that spans over three decades, Braubach has held several key leadership roles at Arlanxeo Deutschland GmbH, including Head of TSAD-EMEA, Head of Global Marketing, TSAD and R&D BL CR/EVM, and Director of Strategic Projects at the Board Support Office. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at Lanxess, where roles included Head of Global Market Intelligence and Strategy for High Performance Elastomers, as well as Head of Global Sales for High Performance Elastomers and EPDM. Additional experience includes various technical and managerial positions at Bayer AG related to rubber products from 1982 to 2003.
