Andris Berzins

Andris Berzins, currently serving as the President of the Carmel & Jelgava Sister Cities Committee, is also an Honorary Consul for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia in Indiana. With extensive experience in the insurance industry and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana University Indianapolis, Berzins has held various supervisory roles in special investigative units.
