Andrew Whicker

Andrew Whicker is a Private Equity Senior Associate at Arlington Capital Partners since July 2022, having previously held the position of Private Equity Associate. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from May 2020 to June 2022, specializing in Leveraged Finance, and completing an Investment Banking Summer Analyst role at the same institution in summer 2019. Andrew also gained experience as a Student Consultant with the Connolly Entrepreneurship Society, focusing on startups and venture capital from January 2018 to May 2019, and worked as a Finance and Accounting Intern at LaunchWorks, where financial models for investment decisions were developed. In addition, Andrew co-founded and led Dorm Storm, LLC, a food delivery service for Washington and Lee University students. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Washington and Lee University.
