Tom Formicola

Tom Formicola is an experienced arts and education professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Arlington Center for the Arts since October 2019, focusing on transforming lives and building community through the arts. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at the Boston Center for Adult Education, including Director of Education and Community Engagement, and Director of Education. Tom also served as Deputy Director at First Night, Inc., and held leadership roles at the Ford Hall Forum and the Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs. Educationally, Tom holds a Master of Arts in Literature from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Secondary Education, and Theatre from SUNY Geneseo.
