Tom Moran

Tom Moran is an experienced superintendent with a demonstrated history of overseeing construction projects, including a 260-unit project in St. Augustine, Florida, at Arlington Construction Services, LLC since October 2021, and a 320-unit apartment building in Fort Worth, Texas, while at Cooper Construction Company from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes supervising drywall and painting installations across North and South Carolina at Ivester Drywall & Painting, Inc. from February 2018 to June 2019, along with project management responsibilities at Cornerstone Drywall and Paint, Inc. from March 2017 to January 2018. Moran's career began as a contractor with The Cashmere Group from August 1984 to January 2015 and included military service with Charlie Company from November 1976 to August 1983. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts from Lee University.
