Nick Gregorios

Nick Gregorios is currently serving as the Commissioner of Economic Development for Arlington County, a position held since April 2023. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, Nick has been a Principal at Avison Young since April 2011, where responsibilities have included landlord and corporate tenant representation and serving on the Executive Committee for the Washington, DC Region. Previous roles include being an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and running JumpBorders LLC as the Director of Strategy. Nick holds a BA in History and Business Administration from the University of Richmond and completed the Leadership Arlington program in 2021.
