Andrew Lee

Andrew Lee is the current Director at Arlington Food Assistance Center. Prior to that, they worked as a Workforce Enablement Professional at IBM from January 2009 to May 2017. There, they were responsible for leading a team of cross-organizational focal points in developing and deploying organizational messages in a timely manner. Andrew also provided education on the effective use of social collaboration tools to employees and contractors in the global organization.

From January 2004 to January 2009, Lee worked as Webmaster / Communications Program Lead at IBM. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the internal global communications environment. This included working with Corporate Communications to understand strategy, developing the strategy and presenting it to executives for concurrence, and communicating this strategy to the organization.

Andrew Lee has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from LeMoyne College.
