Alex Brown

Alex Brown is an experienced coach and educator currently serving as the Head Girls Cross Country Coach at Wheeling High School since April 2023 and as a Technology Assistant at Buffalo Grove High School since October 2020. Additionally, Alex has been involved in athletics as the Assistant Girls Track Coach (Jumps/Sprints) with Arlington Heights Park District since May 2019 and has worked as a Recreation/Athletic Staff member assisting with various programs. Prior experience includes an internship in Parks & Recreation at Harper College and coaching track and field, along with roles such as Avid Tutor at Rolling Meadows High School and Materials Assistant at Arlington Heights Memorial Library. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Northeastern Illinois University and two Associate of Arts degrees from Harper College.
