Dr. Anisha Jogee

Dr. Anisha Jogee is a seasoned educational leader and consultant with extensive experience in organizational change and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Cascade Leadership Partners since August 2022, Dr. Jogee also holds the position of Past President on the Board of Education for Arlington Heights School District 25 and serves as Founder & Principal Consultant at InnovusED, focusing on transformational system-wide change in both public and private sectors. Previous roles include Adjunct Supervisor and Project Supervisor at Northwestern University, Assistant Principal and Curriculum Coordinator at Arlington Heights School District 25, and Middle School Teacher and Elementary School Teacher in Evanston/Skokie School District 65. Dr. Jogee's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and participation in various fellowships at prestigious institutions, contributing to a robust foundation in educational practices and leadership development.
