Ginger Cole-Leffel

Ginger Cole-Leffel serves as the Director of Professional Development at Arlington ISD since July 2017, following a tenure as Principal at Sandy McNut Elementary School. Previously, Ginger was the Primary Campus Director and Dean of the Primary Years Program at Uplift Education from June 2012 to June 2017, leading a new charter campus aimed at supporting low-income families in Southeast Fort Worth. Prior experience includes serving as an ESL Strategist at Grand Prairie ISD and teaching roles at Arlington ISD and Houston ISD, along with participation in Teach For America. Ginger holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
