Tim Thompson

Tim Thompson is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in Career and Technical Education. Currently serving as a Career & Technical Education Specialist at Arlington ISD since July 2007, Tim oversees the development and implementation of curriculum, instructional resources, and staff development for approximately 240 CTE teachers across fifteen career clusters. Prior to this role, Tim dedicated fourteen years to Fort Worth ISD as a Career & Technology Teacher, focusing on Architectural Graphics, Engineering Graphics, and Computer Applications in Industry, while also sponsoring the FIRST Robotics Team. Tim holds a Master of Science in Training & Development from East Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Teacher Education from the University of North Texas.
