Wm. Kelly Horn

Wm. Kelly Horn has extensive experience in facility services and project management, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Facility Services and Executive Director of Plant Services at Arlington Independent School District since November 2015. Previous roles include Associate at HKS, Inc., where responsibilities involved strategic project pursuits and client relationship management, and Director of Facilities at Irving Independent School District. Wm. Kelly Horn also held various positions in sales and project management at DXP Enterprises, Anchor Crane & Hoist Service Co., and Viking Pump. Wm. Kelly Horn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
