M. Scott McMannis has extensive experience in academia and the racing industry, currently serving as a Handicapping Seminar Presenter and Contest Host at Arlington International Racecourse since 1982, while also owning and publishing Racing Research Reports since October 1981. Previously, M. Scott McMannis held the position of Associate Dean and Professor of Business & Economics at Harper College from 1973 to 1979, and taught Business and Economics at Moraine Valley Community College in 1972-1973.
