Lalika Gerald is a dedicated special education professional with extensive experience in various educational settings. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher and IEP Case Manager at Arlington Public Schools since August 2020, Lalika previously held similar roles at Friendship Public Charter School and Oxon Hill High School. Skills include collaborating with general education teachers to design differentiated lesson plans, maintaining and leading IEP meetings, and developing virtual lessons across multiple platforms.
