Jackal KAO is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in quality engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since August 2018, Jackal manages a team of QE/SDET members, architects test frameworks, and leads test automation for security camera and smart home projects. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at NETGEAR for a brief period in 2018, where Jackal designed test plans following the spin-off of Arlo, and Staff Software Developer at Western Digital, developing the MyCloud Home app and associated SDKs.
