Tam Dam

Tam Dam has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Tam started their career at Trackcom Systems Inc. as a Co-founder and Board Member, where they played a key role in developing GPS devices for fleet management. Tam then moved on to Harris Corporation - Microwave Division, where they held positions as the Deputy General Manager in China and the Sr. Director of Engineering & Operations. Tam then joined Gluon Networks Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and later transitioned to Aviat Networks (formerly Harris Stratex Networks) as the Vice President of Manufacturing, Corporate Quality, and Customer Support. Following this, they worked at Netgear (CA) as a private contract manufacturer through APLUS Solutions, LLC. Tam also served as the Vice President of Operations and Support at NETGEAR and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Arlo Technologies, Inc.

Tam Dam has a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from McGill University. They also have a Master's degree in International Business, also from McGill University. The specific start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
