Brenda Diaz has an extensive background in customer service and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Arlon Graphics since October 2011, with previous roles including Fleet & OEM Service Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes working as an Accounts Receivables Clerk at Rotonics from May 2005 to November 2010, where responsibilities included processing sales orders and scheduling shipments. Brenda began their career at Osborne Co as a Quality Control Tech, handling sales orders and documentation for shipping. Brenda holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2014 and 2018, and graduated from Sierra Vista High School from 2001 to 2003.
