Joel Espinoza Correa

Joel Espinoza Correa has extensive experience in engineering, maintenance, and continuous improvement roles, primarily in the food and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Engineering, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement Manager at ARLUY S.L.U. BISCUIT INTERNATIONAL since February 2020, Joel previously held various positions at Mondelēz International from April 2008 to February 2020, including Technical Leader and Team Leader for the Oreo section, where responsibilities included implementing maintenance programs and continuous improvement projects. Joel's career began in technical roles at IPS Integral Packaging Solutions and International Wheel, and Joel also has experience in education, teaching automotive technology at the secondary and higher education levels. Joel holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, along with professional training in telecommunications and automotive mechanics.
