Matthew Lathern

Matthew Lathern has extensive experience in IT systems engineering and administration. Matthew started their career at Reynolds & Reynolds as a Data Center Technician/ Desktop Support from October 2009 to November 2012. Matthew then worked at Metals 2 Go as a Business/IT Manager from October 2012 to September 2013. After that, they joined Solutions Information Systems as a System Administrator from February 2014 to September 2018. In October 2018, they started working at ARM Energy as an IT Systems Engineer, specializing in system administration, Windows server administration, systems management, network security, and email security. Additionally, Matthew also has experience as an IT consultant, starting in August 2006 with their own company, Lathern Consulting.

Matthew Lathern has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking and Systems Administration from Texas State Technical College, which they obtained between the years 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they studied Digital Media Design at the same institution from 2004 to 2005. In 2003-2004, they attended LeTourneau University where they pursued Mechanical Engineering. In terms of certifications, Matthew obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certifications from Microsoft in February 2016. Additionally, they received the CISCO Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT) certification from CISCO in August 2016.
