Matt Bixler

Matt Bixler is a Professional Wetland Scientist with 18 years of experience in the natural resources field, including 13 years in natural resources consulting. Currently serving as Project Manager and Project Scientist II at ARM Group Inc. since November 2011, Matt Bixler conducts technical investigations and reporting on natural resources in Pennsylvania and surrounding states.
