Emma Yourd

Emma Yourd is the current Education & Workforce Development Partnership Manager at ARM Institute. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Manager - Grantmaking and Community Capacity Building at The Forbes Funds, a Grants Project Manager at The Forbes Funds, and a Business Development Manager at an independent consulting firm. Emma began their professional career as an Administrative Intern at Upper St. Clair Township before becoming a City Planning Intern at the City of Pittsburgh.

Emma is a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record of success in grantwriting, community capacity building, and project management. Emma is known for their ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and their commitment to ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Emma is a valuable asset to any organization and is dedicated to their work and the communities they serve.

Emma Yourd has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, with a focus in Urban Studies/Affairs. Emma also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Smith College, as well as certificates in International Economics from The Graduate Institute and University of Geneva.
