Matt Bongiovanni

Matt Bongiovanni is an experienced professional in technology enablement and operational management within the collections and recovery industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Enablement at A.R.M. Solutions since April 2025, Matt previously held the position of Director of Collections and Recovery Operations at Complete Recovery Corp. from February 2023 to April 2025. Before that, Matt worked as Operations Manager at Convergent - BPO for nearly nine years, and as Director of Operations at Receivables Performance Management from January 2010 to January 2014.
