Adam McKinnon

Adam McKinnon, PhD, is an experienced professional in people analytics and human resources technology, currently serving as the Director of People Analytics & AI at Arm since November 2025. Prior to this role, Adam was the Head of People Platforms and Analytics at Reece Group, where innovative applications of machine learning in HR and strategic implementation of HR technologies were introduced. Adam's previous positions include People Analytics Insights Lead at QBE Insurance, Advanced People Analytics Consultant at Merck Group, and Director of Client Services at Mercer, among others. Adam has consistently leveraged advanced statistical modeling and analytics to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement across various industries. Adam holds a PhD from Monash University, along with multiple relevant postgraduate degrees in finance, psychology, and information technology.
