Cherril Joseph

Cherril Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and project management. Currently serving as the Global Director of DEI at Arm since January 2019, Cherril previously held the position of Senior DEI Program Manager. Cherril's career spans multiple roles in various companies, including Business Change and Engagement Manager and Future Finance PMO Manager at Informa, along with Project Manager positions at HCL AXON, IBM, and Logica. Cherril began the professional journey as an Applications Consultant at Coats Plc and as an SD Consultant at Deluxe Video Service. Cherril holds a degree in Biological Sciences, specializing in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by foundational education at Colchester County High School for Girls.
