Ed Kirby

Ed Kirby is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Experience & Engagement at Arm since September 2023. Prior to this, Ed held significant roles at Cazoo, including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where contributions supported substantial growth in the Tech teams at a rapidly expanding organization. Ed also led the Strategic Sourcing team at Telstra, focusing on enhancing candidate experiences and implementing data-driven talent attraction strategies across diverse technical roles. Earlier experience includes senior recruitment positions at Interpro, Greythorn UK & Ireland, and Darwin Recruitment. Ed is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management and Services and holds a BA Hons in Classical Civilisation from the University of Leeds.
