Eddy Yau

Eddy Yau is a highly experienced engineer specializing in digital IC design and verification, with a career spanning over a decade. Eddy held positions in various companies, including Fujitsu Semiconductor Pacific Asia Limited, Spansion, and Hisilicon, where responsibilities included wafer test debugging, NOR Flash IP RTL verification, and NPU design for AI cores. Eddy contributed to significant projects such as the design of high bandwidth multiple channel LDPC decoders and participated in NPU advancements for multiple Kirin chipsets. Currently employed at Arm as a Staff Design Engineer, Eddy previously worked at Synopsys Inc. as a Staff Engineer in the PCIE PHY design team. Eddy holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
