Esther Chambers

Esther Chambers is a CIPD-qualified and Prince2-certified HR professional with over 15 years of experience in people and project management. Currently serving as the Director People Business Partner at ARM, they have developed a wide breadth of HR expertise in fast-paced, customer-focused organizations. Previously, Esther held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at Brightstar and Support Services Manager at Experian QAS UK, where they successfully led high-profile organizational change initiatives and improved employee engagement metrics. Esther also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford and a Master of Research in Environmental Science from University College London.
