James Greenhalgh is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Software Product Management and Director of Technology Management at Arm since September 2012. With extensive experience in technology management for open source runtimes, libraries, and languages, James oversees engineering teams working on critical projects such as OpenJDK, Go, ART, Rust, Web Assembly, and JavaScript engines. Previous roles include leadership positions in performance optimization and migration support for hyperscale partners, as well as contributions to compiler performance and design teams.
