Kinga Pölcz

Kinga Pölcz currently serves as a Global L&D Specialist at Arm since January 2023, contributing to the development of a Learning Management System and the implementation of a new Learning Portal, while enhancing technical development opportunities. Previously, in the role of Learning & Development Coordinator at Arm, responsibilities included managing global technical learning, training logistics, vendor management, budget oversight, and maintaining various training communication channels. Prior to Arm, Kinga worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Nestlé, focusing on organizing training sessions, administration, and e-learning material editing. Kinga began her career with an internship in HR Operations at Roche, handling administration tasks in SAP HR and Workday. Academically, Kinga is pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources from Corvinus University of Budapest. Additionally, Kinga completed an Erasmus semester in Human Resources Management at Univerza v Mariboru.
