Michael Green is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Arm, Michael leads the global compliance program and advises on critical areas including data security and anti-corruption. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Vice President at Visa, where responsibilities included managing the Ethics & Compliance Governance Office and overseeing compliance training. Michael's previous experience at Arm, Equinix, and Granite Construction includes significant achievements in compliance program development and regulatory matters. Michael began a legal career as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army and has held various roles in federal agencies, focusing on ethics and compliance. Michael's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, an MBA from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University.
