Nina Drozd

Nina Drozd is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in agile methodologies and software development. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Arm since June 2016, Nina's prior experience includes roles as a Scrum Master and Software Developer at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching team members, and managing software releases. Early career experience includes positions in software testing and development at both Ericsson and Nortel Networks. Nina holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Technological University of the Shannon and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Galway.
