Patton Bushong

Patton Bushong currently serves as the Director of People Business Partner at Arm, with previous experience as the Director of HR Business Partner at Thales Digital Identity and Security, leading HRBP for Global Data and App Security Sales. Prior to that, Bushong spent seven years at Cisco in various HR Business Partner roles, supporting global organizations and collaborating with executive leaders to align HR programs with business objectives. Earlier experiences include a Human Resources Summer Associate role at Citi and multiple positions with Teach For America, including Coordinator roles and a Corps Member. Bushong holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
