Rachel Lampert

Rachel Lampert is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a People Specialist at Arm since August 2022, Rachel previously held positions at Proper Hospitality, including Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Rachel's career began at W Hotels, where duties included Human Resources Manager and Coordinator, along with participation in a comprehensive Management Trainee program. Additional experiences include a Human Resources internship at Abrazo Health Care, front desk operations at Four Points by Sheraton, and sales associate responsibilities at ALDO Group. Rachel holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Tourism and Travel Services Management and Tourism Management from Arizona State University and W.P. Carey School of Business, respectively.
