Rick Duong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development across leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Special Advisor for Strategic Partnerships at Arm since August 2025, Rick focuses on expanding Arm's global ecosystem. Previously, Rick was the Head of Business Development and Partner Engineering at GitHub, where a significant transformation of technology partnerships and product development took place. With a proven track record, Rick has successfully led initiatives at Unity Technologies, Amazon, WideOrbit, SMART Technologies, and Microsoft, achieving notable growth metrics and partnerships in each role. Rick holds a Master's Degree in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
