Sadat Rahman

Sadat Rahman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware design, validation, and team management. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer & Team Lead at Arm since November 2017, Sadat oversees a team of 20 engineers and is responsible for multiple project deliveries, as well as line management of 6 engineers, including hiring and coaching. Prior roles include Senior Hardware Designer and Verification Project Manager at Ericsson, where Sadat led validation and verification efforts and managed teams of engineers. Additionally, Sadat held roles at ST Ericsson, focusing on hardware verification and ASIC design, and contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Lund University. Sadat holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.
