Sandrine Pic

Sandrine Pic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system security and quality management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff System Security Engineer at Arm since October 2025, Sandrine previously held several roles at Nordic Semiconductor, including Security Programs Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving security certifications, monitoring IoT cyber-security compliance, and managing the Nordic Vulnerability Disclosure Program. Earlier career experiences include positions at Atmel Norway as a Product Quality Engineer, STMicroelectronics as a Device Engineer, and IBM France as a Project Management Office intern, along with research work at Air Liquide Japan. Sandrine holds an Engineer's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computer Science from CPE Lyon and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
