Natalie McCarthy

Natalie McCarthy is an experienced leader in healthcare, currently serving as the Vice President of Regional Care Integration at Fraser Health Authority since October 2022. McCarthy provides strategic and operational leadership for various services, including primary care and mental health. Previous roles at Vancouver Coastal Health include Executive Director of Strategic Community Initiatives, Regional Director, and Director for Mental Health and Substance Use programs, reflecting extensive experience in community and mental health services. Earlier positions include Clinical Operations Manager and Program Leader in mental health, along with a role as a Sessional Instructor at Douglas College. McCarthy's career began at BC Mental Health Society as a Clinical Social Worker, and McCarthy holds both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of British Columbia.
