Steven Proctor

Steven Proctor has extensive experience in internal audit and risk management, holding senior positions in various prominent companies. Proctor currently serves as VP of Internal Audit & Risk at Arm and previously held the position of SVP of Internal Audit at Lumen Technologies. Additional roles include VP of Audit & Risk Management at Flex and Internal Audit Director for Investigations & Operations at Intel Corporation, where Proctor also served as IT Internal Audit Director and Senior Audit Manager for SOX & Financial Audit. Proctor began the career as an Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand. Academic qualifications include a degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed between 1989 and 1992, and prior education at Rowlinson School in Sheffield, UK, from 1982 to 1989.
