Thomas Molgaard

Thomas Molgaard is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software and product management, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of China Engineering at Arm since July 2013. Molgaard’s career at Arm includes significant roles such as Director of Product Management, directing software enablement strategies, and Director of Software Marketing, where strategic software initiatives across consumer and enterprise segments were led. Prior to Arm, Molgaard contributed to Linaro and The Linux Foundation in advisory roles to enhance collaborative software projects. A former Senior Product Manager at Nokia, Molgaard played a pivotal role in developing mobile services for emerging markets and enhancing user experience for Nokia's mobile phones. Molgaard holds an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University and INSEAD, along with degrees in Export Engineering and Leadership from notable institutions.
