Michael Merrick

Michael Merrick is a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at ARMA Global Corporation, providing expertise to USSOCOM's Directorate of Communications since May 2023. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at Jacobs, leading the implementation of USSOCOM’s Zero Trust Architecture and overseeing critical projects such as Comply to Connect and ICAM. In earlier roles, Michael was a Contractor Section Lead managing cybersecurity compliance for a team and conducted inspections as a subject matter expert. Michael's career began as a Desktop Support Technician at CACI International Inc, and included an internship focused on information security at the University of Tampa. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in CyberSecurity from the University of Tampa and an Associate of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Hillsborough Community College.
