Henrietta Schmidt-Wilke

Henrietta Schmidt-Wilke has a significant amount of experience in the finance and investment industry. Henrietta started their career as a Vorstandsassistenz at Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaft der Deutschen Versicherungswirtschaft (KDV) in 1993 and stayed until 1997. Henrietta then worked as an Associate at Lazard from 1998 to 2000. After that, they joined CEA Capital Partners as an Investment Manager from 2000 to 2003. Henrietta later became a Managing Director at goetzpartners Corporate Finance from 2003 until 2016. Henrietta'scurrent role is Senior Managing Director at Arma Partners, which they have held since 2016.

Henrietta Schmidt-Wilke earned a Dr. rer. pol. degree in Promotion, Finanzen from WHU - Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung Koblenz, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl.-Kfm. degree in BWL from the same institution, attending from 1988 to 1992. Henrietta also participated in exchange programs at Cranfield School of Management and NEOMA Business School in 1990.
