Lucas Johnson

Lucas Johnson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Lucas started their career as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Hamilton County Government from August 2013 to February 2017. In 2018, they joined High Rock Valuation & Consulting as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, where they determined market valuations for various properties. In the same year, Lucas also started working at Armada Analytics, Inc., initially as a Zoning Analyst and later as a Senior Zoning Analyst. From February 2021 to February 2022, they served as a Zoning Project Manager, overseeing a team of analysts and revamping the department's training process. Currently, Lucas holds the position of Assistant Vice President - Zoning at Armada Analytics, Inc., where they manage the day-to-day operations of the Zoning Department and provides direct oversight to a team of zoning analysts, primarily focusing on department personnel development and quality control of zoning compliance reports.

Lucas Johnson attended East Tennessee State University from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree. Lucas'smajor was in Political Science and they also studied Finance, General as their minor.
