Alex Avril

Alex Avril has a diverse work experience across several companies. Most recently, in 2022, they held the position of Director of Portfolio Accounting at Armada Hoffler. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they were the Director of Financial Reporting and Alternative Investments at Harbor Group Management Company. In this role, they also served as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting Compliance. Before joining Harbor Group Management Company, Alex worked at Ferguson Enterprises from 2016 to 2019, holding positions in Acquisitions Financial Reporting & Compliance and as an Acquisitions Finance Analyst. They started their career at EY in 2014 as an Auditor and later, in 2012, worked as a Purchasing Manager at Westminster College Audio Visual Services. Alex also gained experience as a Finance Summer Associate at UPMC Health Plan in 2013 and as a Tax Intern at Carbis Walker LLP in the same year.

Alex Avril attended Westminster College (PA) from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In 2015, they obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the VBOA - Virginia Board of Accountancy.
