Jared Durban is a professional engineer (PE), project management professional (PMP), and LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) with extensive work experience in the construction and engineering industry.
Jared is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Preconstruction and Predevelopment at Armada Hoffler since 2023, where they previously held the role of Vice President of Preconstruction starting from 2019.
Prior to joining Armada Hoffler, Jared was the Vice President of Construction at BECO Asset Management, LLC from 2018 to 2019.

Their undergraduate degree in General Engineering was obtained from Roger Williams University from 1998 to 2003.
