Jared Durban

Jared Durban is a professional engineer (PE), project management professional (PMP), and LEED accredited professional (LEED AP) with extensive work experience in the construction and engineering industry.

Jared is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Preconstruction and Predevelopment at Armada Hoffler since 2023, where they previously held the role of Vice President of Preconstruction starting from 2019.

Prior to joining Armada Hoffler, Jared was the Vice President of Construction at BECO Asset Management, LLC from 2018 to 2019.

Before that, they worked at Armada Hoffler Construction Company as a Preconstruction Manager from 2016 to 2018.

From 2014 to 2016, Jared worked at ECC as a Senior Design Manager, responsible for managing the design process for large international design-build projects. Jared also worked as a Design Manager at ECC from 2010 to 2014, where they played a crucial role in all aspects of project delivery, including contract management, client communication, and team coordination.

Their undergraduate degree in General Engineering was obtained from Roger Williams University from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their educational background, Jared Durban also holds additional certifications as a LEED AP, PMP, and Professional Engineer.
