John Lincoln II is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the recruitment industry. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Armada Talent Group since January 2024, John continues to advance innovative recruitment strategies. Previously, John held leadership roles at Talent Solvers, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Talent Acquisition and managing the recruitment process with a focus on technology and human potential. John has also been a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at DB Schenker, where a noteworthy achievement included spearheading the country's first Direct Hire model for Amazon Web Services. Other experiences include roles as Senior Recruiter at Employbridge, Corporate HR Intern at Toyota Boshoku America, and Corporate HR Intern at Therma Tru. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Miami University, obtained in 2015.
