Tom has also worked as a Security Manager at Cardinal Health, Chief of Staff at Ohio Veterans Home Network, and Director of Veterans Affairs at the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
