Steve Ruggieri

Steve Ruggieri is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions since 2008, Steve is responsible for recruitment, organizational development, and employee relations within a mid-sized company catering to the restaurant industry. Previously, Steve held the position of Director of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing HR activities for a shared services organization and a business unit. Steve also served as Director of Human Resources at Iron Age Corporation, overseeing strategic planning and employee relations for an 800-employee organization. Earlier in the career, Steve directed regional HR functions for Hills Department Stores, supporting nearly 7,000 employees across 78 locations. Steve holds a BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
